Our Maintenance Services are carried out by fully trained operatives who have good knowledge of all plumbing and electrical requirements as well as building and decorating skills.

They attend sites for clients at planned intervals, equipped with the tools and materials and carry out the required tasks. This could include (but is not limited to) basic repairs, decorating, DIY work, changing light bulbs, recording of water temperature for Legionella log books (our operatives are trained to do this) and fixing of basic plumbing or electrical faults.
